Job Responsibilities

Assist Paediatrician, Psychologist, and Therapist on aspects such as assessment, consultation, and therapy processes.
Assist in clinic daily administrative duties (e.g. Daily bookings, patient filing, and clerical duties.
Act as therapists/psychologist’s assistant in group training
Take care of kids during their wait in the clinic
Assist in clinic webpage, Facebook post creation & execution

Clinic Assistant

Job Responsibilities

Handling incoming and outgoing calls for patients’ bookings/ queries with good customer service skills
Handling daily clinic operations (booking arrangement, assisting doctors in clinical procedures, hospital admissions & consultation, taking care of children, etc.)
Developing and maintaining good rapport with internal & external parties (e.g. Hospitals and Laboratories), supporting internal teams (doctors/ psychologists) in report editing & other support duties
Providing day-to-day administrative support in clinic maintenance, patients data entry and filing etc.
5.5 working days per week

Requirements

Diploma or above with minimum 1- 2 years clinical/ customer service experience
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Good team player with strong initiative, good interpersonal & communication skills, detail-minded, caring and patient-oriented, strong sense of responsibility
Able to multi-task with strong organization and coordination skills
Clinic or hospital experience will be an advantage
