Sally has been a registered dietitian since 2008, providing professional nutrition and dietetics services in Hong Kong. She currently holds several key positions: Chairman of the Hong Kong Practising Dietitians Union, Committee Member of the PolyU Laboratory for Probiotic and Prebiotic Research in Human Health, Board Advisor for the Love 21 Foundation, and Honorary Advisor for the Cancerinformation.com.hk Charity Foundation. Since 2021, Sally has been leading a nutrition and exercise community program at the Love 21 Foundation, supporting individuals with Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, and other intellectual disabilities.

Sally is frequently featured in both local and international media. Her publication, "Eat for Good Skin - Dietitian’s Secrets of Good Skin through Diet," was recognised as one of the "Best Food and Travel Books" at the 5th Hong Kong Golden Read Awards.
